Yes, you'll still be charged. Since all CPU/Memory/Drive Space is dedicated, it can't be used for other servers. The only way monthly charges can be stopped is by the deletion of your server.

ThetaJoin uses PayPal for payments, so whatever you use with PayPal will work with ThetaJoin. Sorry, but we don't accept checks, money orders, or cash.

You can cancel your hosting service with ThetaJoin at any time. We'll pro-rate the remainder of the calendar month, and refund that amount to you.  In order to stop the accrual of charges, your entire server will need to be deleted. This deletion will delete all server backups too, so be sure you really want to cancel your services with us. We'll return your data via download within 5 business days. We'll send you an email when your new ThetaJoin server is ready with all the access links. We'll text message your cellphone with all the usernames, and passwords. If you don't have text messaging, we'll make arrangements to securely send you the login information.
