ThetaJoin Proxy Server Support
All ThetaJoin proxy servers include 24 hours, 7 days a week monitoring for availability. We check for CPU and memory utilization, internet connectivity, and running proxy software every 5 minutes. If a fault should occur with what's monitored, the monitoring server sends out pages and emails indicating the problem.
ThetaJoin support also includes weekly and daily backup snapshots of your entire proxy server. Even thought there's no dynamic data stored on your proxy server, these backups are done as part of regular system administration "best practices". In the incredibly rare event a proxy server can't be repaired, it'll be restored from one of these backups.
All proxy servers come with email only support, 4 hour response between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific time zone, Monday through Friday. You'll be provided with a dedicated email address in the event you need support for your proxy servers. We can't support your SEO ranking software directly, but will assist as much as possible.
