Ordering

Using ThetaJoin proxy servers is easy, so is ordering. Start the process by emailing hosting@thetajoin.com with your contact information and the best time to reach you. We'll discuss your proxy server needs in person to determine the number you need to use. ThetaJoin prides itself with customer service, you'll speak to a live human instead of an impersonal shopping cart.

A single proxy array is five (5) proxy servers. The minimum amount of proxy servers to subscribe is one (1) array. Five servers is really the minimum amount of servers to realize a descent performance gain when running your search queries.

A subscription for the number of arrays you require will be emailed to you. ThetaJoin uses Paypal as our payment services. You'll have a 5 day trial period with your proxy array(s) before the subscription starts. You may cancel at any time during the 5 day period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by using the Cancel button found on the same web page that you used to subscribe. ThetaJoin will prorate the remaining amount for that month as a refund via Paypal. ThetaJoin hopes you'll discuss with us ahead of time before you cancel your subscription. If you should cancel your subscription, then decide to subscribe again, there will be an additional service charge to redeploy your previous arrays. If you need less proxy servers, ThetaJoin can reduce the number of arrays, down to the minimum of one array of five proxy servers. This means you'll need to reduce the number of proxy servers 5 at a time,  or 1 array.
