There may be times where one of your proxy servers will get blocked by a search engine. This block can happen because too many seach requests were received too quickly from your software. Search engines can tell a human isn't making all these requests, it's automated software. Somtimes this block is temporary - the search engine will block your IP address for a period of time. If the search deems your requests as really bad, this block can be made permanent.

We understand that this isn't necessarily anything ThetaJoin can control, but we're here to support you. ThetaJoin can't tell when a proxy server is blocked, you'll have to email us. If one of your proxies is blocked, ThetaJoin well replace it for free, but we can only extend this to one server per month. If you're doing something to get your entire proxy server array blocked, there will be additional charges to replace them all. To get a replacement proxy server, email us using your support email address. We'll get it replaced within 2 business days.
