RAID10 is the ultimate in hard drive high availability - it takes a minimum of 4 disk drives to create a RAID 10 system. Larger systems can be deployed, your Drupal website isn't confined to a single server. Multi-server "cluster" Drupal websites can also be hosted including high availability MySQL, HAProxy, Squid, Memcache, etc.
  • Fast internet connections. Starting from 10Mbps to 70Mbps public internet connections from a Tier 1 internet provider. A private network connection is used for monitoring the performance, and availability of your server so your public internet connection isn't impacted.
  • All servers can have unlimited storage of photos, documents, PDFs, videos and audio files using Amazon Cloudfront and S3.
  • Ubuntu (Linux) 9.10 64 bit operating system, Lighttpd webserver and MySQL 5.x OurDelta with performance patches by Google, Percona, Yasufumi Kinoshita, and Jeremy Cole.
  • All software are 64bit versions, and tuned for maximum performance with your exact Drupal installation. Some hosting companies use 32bit Linux OS and PAE extensions which impacts performance.
  • 24/7 performance, and fault monitoring using Cacti and Nagios 3.
  • Daily, Weekly full server backups (256MB, 512MB, 1024MB, 2048MB systems only)
  • MySQL Database and file level backups. (Data only for all Servers)

6. B/W overage is charged at $5 next 10GB block per month.
