Tier 3 is included with all ThetaJoin servers. This tier is perfect for companies that want all the benefits of ThetaJoin servers, but can manage all aspects of Drupal on their own. They just want a directory, and MySQL database access to install Drupal, but don't want to manage the server.

Tier 2 is for clients that would like support for those occasional Drupal technical problems that arise. It includes all of Tier 3 support, plus technical assistance with Drupal modules & themes installation, upgrading Drupal, and weekly server backups.

Tier 1 is for clients that have a Drupal site running on multiple ThetaJoin servers, have additional cacheing or MySQL database servers, require faster response to their support requests, require file level & database backups.
